How Many Executive Women are There in Canada?
According to Statistics Canada, the representation of women and men in leadership roles in firms doing business in Canada was measured in 2016. Women held less than a fifth of all leadership positions.The financial sector had the highest percentage of female executives, the construction sector had the lowest number of female directors and the manufacturing industry had the lowest rate of female officers.
